Existing St Mary’s Students
Applications to the ASC waiting lists can be made at any time throughout the year for students currently attending St Mary’s. Please complete the application form below and apply for a timestamp at smoosh.admissions@gmail.com. You will receive a receipt once you successfully apply for a timestamp, please keep this receipt for your records, if you do not receive a receipt please contact us immediately at info@smoosh.com.au.

New students to start at St Mary’s in 2024
For all new students – that is, Kindergarten and any new student starting at St Mary’s in 2024 – please follow the process below:
Applications for After School Care (ASC) programs for new students open on Monday, 23 October, 2023.
If you have more than one child applying for ASC, please submit one application per child.
Application process – Applying for ASC in 2024
- Complete the SMOOSH ASC application form below.
- When applying for an ASC place, follow the timestamp process on page 6 of the application form. You will not have a place on the waitlist without confirmation of a timestamp. With the current demand for ASC we have a wait for positions and the timestamp process ensures there is fairness and transparency in how places on the waitlist are managed.
- Submit your ASC application via email, mail or in person to SMOOSH on or soon after 23 October 2023. Email and mail details are included on the application form. Please do not submit any applications before the open date of Monday, 23 October, 2023 as applications received before the open date will not be accepted.
Waitlist timestamp
To offer places for ASC fairly, families applying for ASC through SMOOSH are required to obtain a timestamp which secures their place on the ASC waitlist.
Timestamps are only valid if obtained from 10.00am on Monday, 23 October, 2023. The timestamp along with our Service Access Policy, determines the order that families are placed on the waitlist. The ASC application form details the full timestamp process.
Offers for ASC and notification of position on the ASC waiting lists
ASC offers will be made on Monday, 13 November 2023. Families will be notified of their child’s position number on the ASC waiting lists if they are not offered a position on Monday, 13 November, 2023.
Please be aware that many new families will not receive a place for their child for some months into the school year and will need to make other care arrangements in the interim.
